It all probably boils down to how he does against Froch. He ain't beating Ward imo, He gets past the rest of the crowd, Kessler is a solid fighter but not capable of greatness imo.

Froch is tough and big enough to be a problem... I see this as a bruising, back and fourth fight. I don't think Froch is necessarily made for GG as beercules states, but Froch is there to be hit for sure and GG would have his moments! On the other hand Froch gets tougher when he can make a brawl happen and unlike Ward who can shut the door on this and beat up Froch inside, I don't see GG having those skills.

So...either GG sneaks by Froch, or not, either way Ward beats the winner.

Style wise, it's bad for Froch
How so? Froch has trouble with movers, which Golovkin isn't.

          He beats everyone.

He beats Ward 5 years ago, today, tomorrow or in 5 years time.

Shame he didn't have the confidence you have in him.

He starts the tournament knocking Abraham out.

He beats Ward in the next round by out boxing him.

I'm assuming he would then be matched up with Froch or Kessler. He stops Froch and outboxes Kessler.

Fights Ward in the finals again and wins by decision once again.

He obviously had that confidence in 2013 when during a HBO meeting he said yes and Ward said no to the fight.

Probably beats Abraham, losses to Froch, Kessler, Ward and quite possibly Dirrell.

Didn't Froch say it was a terrible business decision to fight a guy like Gennady? Or something along those lines? I remember watching a fight a year or more ago, and Froch was quoted as pretty much saying he would never fight Golovkin.

Froch was saying a guy like GGGs power is dangerous to fight because he could end careers. It's bad for personal business. I need to find that quote.
