    LOL
That's why they requested all those voluntaries
The first two voluntaries were fought BEFORE the mandated negotiation date of september and they were just tune ups to get Wilder's right hand ready, or to confirm whether he was ready or not (he was coming from surgery after Stirvirne and was supposed to be out for six months according to his surgeon).

Then guess who stalled negotiations and forced the WBC to postpone them by one month from october to november? Come on, I dare you, take a pick....

Yes, damn right it was the duck Povetkin who chose to fight in November against Wach even though he knew that negotiations for Wilder were supposed to start in October.

And then after Dehaupus in september, Wilder explains that his hand was only at 65 percent against Molina (he threw more left hooks and left jabs in that fight than any of his 35 bouts, by a large margin too, and conversely, threw the least right hands out of any of his bouts, by a large margin also.), and 95 percent ready against Dehaupus (both fights fought before negotiation mandate).

Surprise surprise, Povetkin asked for another extention after Wach, confirmed both times by the wbc pres that Povetkin is the one delaying the bout, said he couldn't fight in January and would have to fight in April or May.

Wilder ONLY THEN, after POVETKIN asked for an extention, asked for a voluntary on the January date that he was supposed to fight Povetkin.

Funny thing about Povetkin is that he was so adament about fighting Wilder when HE KNEW that Wilder's right hand was not one hundred percent, then as soon as he realises that Wilder's hand will be fully recovered by the time they fight, he asks for extentions and takes voluntaries that will directly affect mandated negotiations, but Wilder is ducking doe.

You're hoping Povetkin stop this wrecking train before it reaches GB.

Wilder's past comments suggest he doesn't want to go to Russia, and Ryabinsky shelled out 27M to make sure that's where Povetkin vs Wlad took place, so if the location is still to be decided let's hope they come to an agreement soon. Povetkin spoke of being happy to fight in the US so New York seems most likely.

over the summer, the WBC ordered negotiations to begin in october for a fight to take place in december or january.

wilder agreed and took a fight in september so he could commence negotiations in october.

povetkin violated the order and took a fight in november, only to then claim he wouldn't be ready to fight for the title in december or january.

              so wilder took another voluntary.

povetkin is the one that delayed the fight. all of this is easily verifiable fact.
They love to ignore that. They expected Wilder to sit from June until Povetkin was ready. Wilder has fought 3 times since June. Povetkin has fought once. He was told in June that negotiations for the fight will begin in October and the fight will happen in January. Then in August he scheduled a fight in November. Then told the WBC he wouldn't be ready in Jan before he fought Wach. Only idiots believe Wilder is ducking Povetkin. Povetkin needs time to cycle.

                Not that long!

It looked to me like they were taking turn around with the delays, for whatever reason.

Anyway, the fight's on now ... at last.

He fought a one rounder in May. Was told in June that negotiations for a January fight were to start in October and in August he schedule a fight in November and told the WBC he won't be ready for his title shot in January. How one can come to the conclusion that Wilder was delaying a January fight when he fought in January is beyond me.

After Wilder ices this dude it won't matter. Povetkin will become a bum because NSB sees Wilder as Haymons next big fighter. So he's the new Floyd and haters will keep moving the goal post back.
