You're just looking at the weights without taking into account how and why those fights got made below the divisional limit.

Cotto and Margarito both willingly negotiated catchweights to make fights with Manny who was moving up from a lower division for them.

Manny has never asked for a catchweight to defend a title against a mandatory challenger.

160 would be the sanctioned weight for the fight and the only weight they would recognise.

It would be a MW title fight, sanctioned weigh limit, 160lbs.

Golovkin could yet man up, and take that fight at 155.
