USADA had complete authority for drug testing for May vs Pac, and TECHNICALLY more accredited than the protocols than boxing commssions. That was made clear to the public even before the bout, ''USADA will have control over the MayPac drug testing.'' Commissions do their own drug testings normally. NSAC were supposed to authorize a TUE? That's redundant.. they had already given complete authority to USADA. IV for rehydration has what to do with ''banned substances?'' Retroactive or not, how were the test results?

Any approved TUE will also be sent to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. TUE processing is a normal part of all international anti-doping programs."
What did i just told you and i will repeat it for the nth time.

establish first if floyd was dehydrated on may 1st then we will talk about TUE.

you keep deflecting since you can not prove floyd was dehydrated.

TUE is not necessary in the first place if floyd was not dehydrated don't you think?

don't worry i will not shy away and deflect and divert from this statement that you presented. seem authentic but lets deal with that later.

prove that floyd was dehydrated why is that so hard for you?

        • They have been loyal to Floyd for much more serious crimes...an IV wasn't going to stop them from blind support of their hero.

''Nevada rules permit the mixes that Mayweather took, but because USADA was overseeing the testing he applied for and was granted the TUE for them.

All tests came back negative.'' - Kevin Iole, May 22nd

the trolling isn't going to change the outcome of #48.

IF a drug testing agency could give retroactive TUE 21 days after the fight i don't think i would believe their test result for that same guy they granted TUE.

how many boxers ever avail of TUE much less retroactive TUE.?

and how many was granted 21 days later?

                • Yes it was illegal and it clearly wasn't the first time he did this before a fight. The difference is he was tested that night and they found out what he was doing so they had to do damage control regarding the retroactive waiver.

Incorrect. Using an IV for rehydration was 100% legal in Nevada. It's incredible to see how many of you are just so flatly misinformed about the facts.

Furthermore, USADA was present when Floyd was dehydrated, USADA was present when the paramedics were called and USADA was present when the IV was administered.

                    Your information is false.

was the IV infusion legal on the night of the fight.
Yes. 100% legal. IV use was 100% legal in Nevada, for any reason, in any amount.

Manny & Floyd had a voluntary agreement that USADA would investigate any IV use after the fact and make a determination of whether it was legitimate.

Everything was 100% legal. You've concocted a controversy in your head that doesn't exist.
