Which means at the time of the fight, the IV infusion was illegal because the TUE was not even applied for.
The granted TUE was for the IV infusion at the time of the fight not after it because the TUE no longer serves its purpose since the fight was done and over with.

Testosterone Below Epitestosterone *****
Even beyond the IV this is actually the most damning piece of evidence. There is no scientific explanation how someone suffering from this condition can look like this.
While testosterone below epitestosterone is naturally possible its associated with a severe medical condition called hyppgonadism which makes men fat and effeminate. Froid only has one of those symptoms.

"They do list *medications* you can take, but vitamin C is not a medication."
Are you under the impression that salt, water, or vitamin C is banned by NSAC? If so, why?

This isn't going to get any better either. UFC is already cracking down in IV re-hydration because in weight classification sports it is cheating. Its an artificial way to negate the negative effects of cutting weight.Last edited by GTTofAK; 02-16-2016, 05:39 PM.

"Mr. Mayweather has done nothing wrong. The Nevada State Athletic Commission has no interest in any type of investigation regarding his IV. He did not violate the WADA prohibited list for any type of drugs that are prohibited on that list and we have no interest in it whatsoever."
USADA also confirmed that the IV was 100% legal under NSAC rules.
If you think the rules should change, write a letter to the commission, but don't lie about what the rules were.
