You got a source to back up that claim? Or are you just pulling it out of your ass? I suspect the latter.

      • Mayweather controls USADA, NSAC, refs, judges according to Pac fans. These guys come up with the most ****** **** because they can't accept their idol isn't and never was as good as Mayweather.

Which means at the time of the fight, the IV infusion was illegal because the TUE was not even applied for.

The granted TUE was for the IV infusion at the time of the fight not after it because the TUE no longer serves its purpose since the fight was done and over with.
Because it wasn't illegal. The Nevada State Athletic Commission was the governing body for the fight, meaning that its rules are the only rules that matter. USADA conducted the testing (because it is supposedly more stringent, and all banned substances on USADA's list match the NSAC's as they both follow the WADA code), but regardless of that you only break a rule if you break NSAC rules.

IVs of any amount are not prohibited by the NSAC (unless taking an illegal substance of course). Mayweather got the retroactive TUE from USADA to stay in compliance with them, even though he did not have to. USADA has stated this more than once already.

Lance was the original athlete who requested for TUE for his cancer treatment.

when he was caught with positive result he uses that TUE as a justification.

later only did they found out that the TUE was anti-dated.

Floyd upgraded the antidate and went for "retroactive"

they could have applied for it 4 yrs later and still USADA will grant it retroactively LOL

do you know anyone athlete who have availed of the TUE? retroactively for that matter?

You think Mayweather invented retroactive TUE's?

What's the TUE for, to stay in compliance?

                    compliance for what?

nobody knows what's the content of the IV bag.

USADA did not test for it.
