In their entire response USADA provided only one claim that could be verified, when they contacted the NYSAC about Morales failed test. The rest of USADA's claim were unsupported hyperbole. On that one claim the NYSAC said USADA was lying and didn't' contact them until the 18th. False in one false in all. All you have is the word of a corrupt organization already caught in a lie.
