I just want to be sure that we all understand the truth of the matter. We just do not want the few who would take a bullet for their hero to be spreading ignorance ........

That is what a Floyd fan that would take a bullet would have us all believe. IVs are OK.

Imagine, years ago Lance Armstrong used to smuggle a saline solution just to hide the fact that he was using an IV. Now Floyd fans think its OK since its just saline solution and vitamins.

This is for a retroactive TUE. Right?

Floyd was not an emergency type case nor was Floyd severely dehydrated. That is when you would be giving a retroactive TUE. There was an alternative for Floyd's condition. It is called orally rehydrating yourself.

Try to be objective: Do you really think that Floyd was severely dehydrated? Please do not deflect.

You have to research and post the definitions of the words;(adjective and adverb) and use them in an example sentence; before myself, and I recommend anyone else, respond to your future post. This is a non negotiable requirement.

                Thank you.

you have not answered difference between notification and application

                  difference between application and submission

and how long does it take to draft/make an application for TUE?

that was even before you set this rule that is non negotiable.

An application for a TUE will only be considered for retroactive approval where:

                    a. Emergency treatment or treatment of an acute medical condition was necessary; or

                    b. Due to other exceptional circumstances, there was insufficient time or opportunity for the Athlete to submit, or for the TUEC to consider, an application for the TUE prior to Sample collection; or

                    c. It is agreed, by WADA and by the Anti-Doping Organization to whom the application for a retroactive TUE is or would be made, that fairness requires the grant of a retroactive
                    TUE.

Do you know what conjunctions are and how they are used? Why do you ignore this? Explain.

Try to be objective: Do you really think that Floyd was severely dehydrated? Please do not deflect.
I don't know how dehydrated Floyd was. All we can do is speculate.

We do know iv use is banned under wada....unless you have a tue.

What part of "non-negotiable requirement" do you not understand?

It is impossible to have a meaningful discussion if we can not communicate effectively.
