I sent you a message. It's pretty lame.

Oh, and ask Dosumption what happened to the doctor that diagnosed Floyd for dehydration since according to him, Floyd had diarrhea.

Let's see how this dumbfuvk spins this lol

Im not even scratching the surface on how you dont understand what retroactive means but it lies in you not understanding what an adjective is vs a noun. This is where most of your misunderstanding lies so im going to stop calling you ****** but rather ignorant.
      lots of blah blah blahs.

were you able to answer the difference between notification and application, and the difference between application and submission?

or how long does it take to draft or make a TUE application?

      this you said so yourself

      b. Due to other exceptional circumstances, there was insufficient time or opportunity for the Athlete to submit, or for the TUEC to consider, an application for the TUE prior lto Sample collection;

the insufficient time they mentioned here is not about the application but about the submission and also the insufficient time to consider the application not insufficient time for the application.

we know the application were submitted May 19 or 20, but are we sure when it was made?

Floyd eventually got around to his TUE application... Eventually...

It was granted... What choice did they have????

Now, tight socks is the next thing that needs to be discussed...

          Ariza shakes vs memo urine...

          The jury is out..

So i am realizing why we keep going in circles with some posters. Not because of logic or fanboyism, but a genuine misunderstanding of adverbs and adjectives.

So take the word "crap" as in feces or dog poo. By itself thats what it means.

"Rath and spoon ate "crap" for lunch" - meaning that they ate dog poo or some other form of ****. Crap in this sense is a NOUN.

            But if we say...

"Rath and spoon ate a "crappy" lunch"

The word crap is being used to describe what type of lunch. They didnt eat dog poo but the lunch was unsatisfactory. This is an adjective. (A word that describes a person place or thing)

It is what makes the english language hard to learn.

So rath doesnt understand the context of words like random or retroactive when they are being used to describe something. I cant explainy the red/blue thing....

But yeah. I will not call you ****** but will take the time to explain things in a way that will be less confusing.

I think we all should take this into consideration from now on.

So rath, i will explain it to you so you understand.....

Submit an application, you see my point?

He thinks they are two differnet things. Spoon as well obviously.

I will refrain from calling them ******, they are pretty smart fellows, but they need to acknolowdge when they dont understand due a language barrier..........

Because manny lost on may 2nd. Manny was outsmarted. As expected. Floyd didnt win because of new found brute strength, conditioning, reflexes abilty to take punches.

He won because he out boxed manny, just like the other 48 people.

But never mind that. Did you get a look at earth while you were on the moon?
and being a boxer not just any other boxer but an elite prize fighter, punch and not getting punched are not only his concerns but his conditioning too.

granted that he does not know (which is a lie ) how a boxer gets dehydrated, he hired services of people experts and the best in that matter. how did he end up dehydrated still?

tell me the difference between notification and application?

and how long does it take to draft or make an application for TUE?

                  and what about this?

I thought PEDS increased your strength, making your knockouts more frequent. Floyds knockouts declined at welterweight with KO wins over Hatton and Ortiz. You shouldn't even count the Ortiz one cause he sucker punched him. So if Floyd was on PEDS they must have been watered down.
