Its well known that testers are always a step behind. By the time they find out how to test, the athletes find a new way. Its estimated that even with improvements in testing, the percentage of athletes getting caught is relatively the same. Very low. There are many reasons for that .......

What you fail to realize is that you can't convict someone for passing a drug test. How does that make any sense? Many posters have explained this simple concept to you. They've explained how your "proof" of PED use hinges on speculation about micro-dosing and more IV use. You have no legs to stand on here and you know it.
