He should pay half whatever the child's mother can prove she spent, but he should also want his daughter to have everything she needs including her education etc..... and if he is in a better financial position than the mother - like he was in his younger days - then why shouldn't he do more than her for his daughters care and well-being.

But that is a far cry from the ridiculous child-support legislature.

Every man should take care of his kids, but how does a judge issue a 750k child support order? That kid living in a gold house? System is out of control! Why not just put Tarver in jail so not only does he not provide for his kids, but the state pays 80k/yr for lock up? That probably next. So dumb. Garnish his wages, but you don't make it impossible for the guy to work. It makes zero sense. That's the government.

That's the deal, dude. You know that's the deal, everyone knows that's the deal. The woman, while raising your child, gets a percentage of your income.

If you don't pay your percentage, and stay on top of getting it modified as your income changes, it snowballs pretty quickly.

Maybe if Tarver was spending his money paying his child support instead of blowing so much of it ******** that he got ****ing arrested over ******** debts he wouldn't be in this situation.

Let's see.... Child support is based on earnings. Not just now but what was due while the child was growing up and according to what he made then. Obviously he didn't keep up his child support obligations past and present. "How am I going to get to work.. How am I going to train..etc..." Everything is "I, I, I.." Maybe if he thought of his child more than himself he wouldn't be in this predicament. Good digger or not, the child is your responsibility too. I'm not to concerned over his loss of transportation. I'm sure he wasn't worried about how his child was making it to school on rainy days. Your a boxer, jog to the gym you deadbeat..
