Yeah the guy brought some of this grief on himself with ******** & the roids but if the guy doesn't have money to pay where does he get it from? I know of a guy in my line of work who had 3 kids with a woman. He was going through some tough times already with the split, he was injured off work so no worker's compensation & the judge ordered him to pay more child support then he was earning at the current time. He couldn't make payments so he killed himself. The kids don't have a father & no money as a suicide nullifies the accidental/ natural causes death benefit payment there is for the members family.

no child requires $750K to raise, give me a ****in break. .this child support sht is nothing but extortion. if he has to come up with that money why not just give him custody of his daughter? this will not end because the debt will keep mounting. he should just move to mexico, that sht cant be enforced over there, get out of the states asap. those belts and medals are blood sweat and tears and he has to give it to her just because she can pop out a baby, even roaches can do that.

All i heard from Tarver was "me me me!" Man what about ur kid? Food, clothing, education, medical insurance?? Kids are expensive! Shouldve manned up and took responsibility a long ago and you wouldnt be forced to fork it over after it built up this big.

750k is not excessive. Sure it doesn't take that much to raise a child but the courts don't look at it that way. Tarver could pay 20k a year and the child could be well taken care of. But that's not the point. The child should be entitled to the same level of lifestyle as the father. If Tarver is riding in a Mercedes the child needs to be riding in a Mercedes also. I pay child support and I agree the children should be afforded the same lifestyle as the non-custodial parent. The non-custodial parent should suffer before the child.
