Which would be saying that Joe Calzaghe doesn't deserve to be considered an ATG.

Calzaghe is a HOF'er and a great fighter. But ATG to me is top 50-100. I'm not convinced he's there but I'd have to make a list first.

Oh, so you do admit you hold Pac and Floyd to different standards.

Getting outboxes while trying a higher weight class is a greater diminished then getting KTFO and waiting as skills diminish more

Floyd's win over Marquez (forcing him to jump 3 weight classes and Floyd came in overweight) is greater than Pac beating him in his prime, in his best weight class and meeting contracted weight.

No problem, double-standards I get it. You're just not an objective fan, more of a fanboy.

And I would struggle not to include Calzaghe on the list and I say that as someone who wasn't a fan specifically. His resume can't be discounted, it just can't - forget the record itself.

JC deserves atg status solely on being underdog against lacy he needs compensation for that alone

For a start Floyd did not force JMM up 3 weight classes , JMM had 2 big wins at 140 and called Floyd out who had been out of the ring for nearly 2 years and JMM was at the time NO 2 rated P4P in the world .

JMM fight night weight for his 2 JWW wins was 144 , he was 149 on the night fighting Floyd and was 150 on the night KOing Manny .

JMM went life and death with Manny 4 times and Juan in the end KOed him out cold , Floyd schooled JMM like he didnt belong in the same ring with him , and you never once heard JMM or Nacho wanting a rematch with Floyd , both have said he cant be beat , Nacho even said you need a bat and Floyd is from another universe .

How the fck can a guy thats been beat a number of times and was beat by Floyd be held higher and Floyd beat better versions of Oscar Cotto and Mosley 3 of Mannys biggest rated wins .

You talk about double standards and being objective yet you miss out the crucial points in your argument and break both your own rules .

Well his resume is what I look at.

                      Mayweather whitewashed his closest rival...JMM

Fought a better fresher version of Hatton and DLH who fought at 154(noy 147 where he hadnt fought in almost a decade) chose the ring and glove size vs floyd...knocked Hatton out first....fought Cotto at a better weight as well

all the while only having one close fight which was JLC 1

Sadly....Manny will be remembered as second best and nothing is wrong with that...both are ATG
