If HBO didn't buy the Murray fight they damn sure ain't buying the Wade fight so why not let him fight on PBC? GGG gets more exposure than he's ever had and he goes back to HBO PPV for the Canelo fight. That's free advertising for HBO after he destroys Wade. He'll gain new fans who will buy his PPV

wbc saying they ordered canelo and ggg to fight in the fall is about as big a joke as i have ever seen. i feel like the wbc has been about to order a fight for 2 years only to have ggg take step aside money each time

You have to be a ****ing moron to think HBO is gonna force GGG to lose Title

Give the big fights to Americans and Brits who love freedom and defend it not give in to some commie BS fake propaganda crap.
What are you, that weird neighbor with a bunker next to his solar power station. The communist are taking over, beware!

Are you gonna keep screaming like anybody is actually thinking, oh crap, maybe this Trump supporter is right. You act as if GGG is a atheist communist who hates Jesus and wants to **** the ****** marry.

You probably know very little about freedom or Jesus, ****ing goofball.

HBO forced Sergio Martinez to vacate a belt when they didn't approve his mandatory. I think HBO learned their lesson from Roy Jones reign as light heavyweight champ. Having to pay for one ridiculous "mandatory" mismatch after another. GGG is getting a push from HBO right now. But he won't be allowed to pad his record and fatten his wallet against complete no-hopers forever. Just isn't gonna happen.

The difference here is HBO is having issues getting people to face GGG. They have the biggest fight that can happen later this year, and the IBF title is part of that. HBO will buy the fight, and Haymon isn't gonna stand in Wade's way, it's not worth it, especially if he wants to eventually work with the new HBO leadership.

And the Sergio situation was a tad bit different. HBO wouldn't except Martinez's mandatory, but there is no word HBO is standing in way of Wade.

Sergio Martinez is chasing after the championship that he claims the World Boxing Council took away. He wants the green belt which Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. wears around his waist. WBC President Sulaiman claims that his organization is not at fault. He blames cable network HBO. He says the network refused to approve mandatory challenger Sebastian Zbik and instead approved a fight between Martinez and Sergei Dzinziruk. The WBC had no choice but to take the title and make Zbik the champion. Chavez would later decision Zbik to win the belt.

So why are people always content with accepting "HBO way or the highway"?

When you say "biggest fight of the year", I assume you're talking Canelo-GGG. Think its a lil premature to call it that considering Manny Pacquiao has a 2016 fight scheduled. That said, the IBF belt will not sell one single ticket or PPV. Nor will it not being involved prevent a single ticket from being sold or person from order the PPV.

haymon and pbc will be out of money soon so its just a matter of waiting until they fold up. then guys will be forced to fight on hbo although some of the bigger names will just move over to showtime which is where most have been fighting already. the pbc vs hbo battle will just turn into the showtime vs hbo battle that has existed for years since haymon still "manages" a bunch of fighters. only difference is he will have less spots and less money.

Americans and Brits aren't entitled to more than any other country. Does Golovkin hate freedom? If he's an atheist that means he's probably a helluva lot more intelligent than an angry, bitter, fairy tale-believing weakling like yourself.
