He'd give prime SRL a run for his money.

The sad part about Porter if he beats Thurman is that him winning takes Brook's legend to all time heights and will start the conversation of whether he belongs in the Hall of Fame or not among his fans. The more Porter wins the more Brook becomes great.

Although I'm not for counting accomplishments that happen after a fight, case in point Maidana's win over Broner doesn't add to Khan's win.

      No not really.

But Porter has proven a hard man to beat and Brook beating him was impressive. As you said so yourself before getting caught up in Khanturd land of "I hate Brook no matter what".

Those looping right hands Garcia loves to throw, best believe it'll land against Brook who can be stiff at times and not move his head. It's like this, Garcia has all the tools to win this one, as does Brook but I'm still reminded of the instances Brook has been hurt before and I think Garcia will put him in those situations again.

It's also important to add that Brook is likely struggling to make 147 as well.
You say "times" as in plural.

Can you refer to at least two times you've seen Brook hurt/wobbly/shook/doing a funny dance/knocked down?

Crook is Matthysse 2.0, actually he's even more overhyped than Matthysse, who destroyed better opponents than Crook.
Brook is not a speed fighter by any means, but his hands and body movement in general are well ahead of Garcia. You guys who dislike Brook like to talk about him having to grind out a win against Jones after gassing, Garcia lost comprehensively to Herrera.

Garcia has average at best speed and good timing. Brook has above average speed and excellent timing.

This will be very evident if this fight happens, Brook will beat him without much difficulty.

Not well ahead by any stretch.

Brook hasn't faced a guy who can beat him to the punch yet, and he hasn't looked too fast against his opponents.

Garcia has shown he can handle elite speed (Khan) and elite power (Matthysse).

Most fighters can't handle the shock of being the slower guy when they're used to beating their opponents to the punch all night.

Khan could very well humiliate Brook now that I think about it.

Garcia has also shown to have zero answers for Herrera (a guy with losses to Mayfield and Alvarado), had a toss-up with Peterson and a difficult time with an old, shot Judah.

Speed isn't the only factor of beating someone to the punch; timing, distance control and range are all in there. Brook has the advantage in every area.

Khan couldn't embarrass Julio Diaz or Chris Algieri and has been running from Brook for years....never mind Brook, he's not confident of beating any of the top rated guys.

No indication Brook will beat him without much trouble, Brook is gonna give Garcia his favorable range, Garcia will have all the time in the world to catch and shoot. Herrera steps in with his jab and can actually fight on the inside, especially in and out of the clinch, that's not Brook.

Brook was hurt against Senchenko and multiple times against Jones.

Brook was down early in his career, wobbled against Senchenko and buzzed against Jones. I don't think he's as durable as Garcia, but skillwise, he's far superior. Garcia was having big problems with Herrera's jab, Brook has got the best jab at 147, he would torch Garcia with 1-2s. I really don't think the fight would be competitive.

                  Porter > Garcia btw

I'd consider it perfect range for Brook.

He likes to operate at distance, has the best jab at 147, his timing is tremendous, he'll have every advantage in terms of speed, size, power and skill.

I don't even think this would be competitive.

There is something about Danny Garcia. Never looks very impressive but always seems to make the opponent look even worse.(except for Herrera who was robbed).

Kell Brook seems the more talented fighter, and I dont think Danny has brought the power up with him. Not an easy fight though
