Garcia doesn't look too good against fighters who operate in close, that isn't Brook, Brook has the kind of style that would allow Garcia to be very comfortable within his range. Those looping right hands Garcia loves to throw, best believe it'll land against Brook who can be stiff at times and not move his head. It's like this, Garcia has all the tools to win this one, as does Brook but I'm still reminded of the instances Brook has been hurt before and I think Garcia will put him in those situations again.

It's also important to add that Brook is likely struggling to make 147 as well.
