Going against NFL playoff games was a dumb move. It's ratings suicide.

Let's see if they do better this weekend on FOX.

The arena will be half empty (at least) on Saturday night. This fight sucks.

It's on primetime free TV and both fighters have done good PBC ratings, so it should do better than Wilder/Szpilka. However, will it do similar to Garcia/Peterson and Thurman/Guerrero? we will see.

At first i thought PBC is dying slowly but now its like they are digging their own grave really quickly.

The NFL is king here in the States. It's folly for any other sport, show, or event to attempt to compete in the same time slot.

"The Cardinals' overtime playoff win over the Packers is the highest-rated Saturday prime-time divisional game since the NFL instituted the time slot in 2001.

NBC said Sunday that Arizona's wild 26-20 victory averaged an 18.8 rating and 33 share. The 33.7 million viewers were up 9 percent from last year's Panthers-Seahawks matchup and second only to the 34.2 million for Broncos-Patriots in 2012 for the time slot."
