Why are so many pure boxers or former boxers picking Byrd over Wlad?

I don't like Klitschko because of his excuses and court room bull****. But if it comes to picking him against a guy with no power, who Klitschko can even outbox, no ****ing way I let my dislike of him cause me to pick Byrd. That's ******ed.

On that note, if Byrd wins, I'll give mad props to anyone who picked him.

Did you even see the fight? Williamson had 1 flash knockdown against Wlad, and was running like a ***** the rest of the fight. He didin't come to fight....just to survive.

There is no way to give the fight to T.O.S....but in your case that's understandable.

You will go to any length to discredit Wlad.

Wlad beat Williamson by a point in a fight I definitely think TOS was going to win if it went to the late rounds. Klitschko tires, TOS by KO.

Thats if Klitschko tired. TOS was not putting any pressure on him, and was only successful because of Wladimir's timidness and conservativeness in the ring. Unless TOS stepped it up and decided he wanted to win, he wasn't gonna do anything big on that night.

Yes I have it, shall I send you the link?

He was'nt running...He just was'nt fighting, he was boxing, and thats what you have to do against a big guy like Wlad.

No discredit to Wlad, and I will probably give him mad credit if he beats Byrd fair and square, If Wlad did'nt get knocked out like 11 times in his past 8 fights I would probably be a fan of his, its his chin that bothers me, If I am sticking up for Wlad, I'll always have a worry because he lets down his fans every time when your hoping something good will happen for him.

I for one thought TOS had a great gameplan. If he went in and slugged it out early, he would have been KO'ed most likely. TOS has a punch as equally devastating as that of Sanders, we just haven't got to see it on the big stage yet. TOS would have put Wlad to sleep around the 10th round if you ask me.

On the big stage, Wlad has been knocked down 10 times in his last 4 fights. (4 times to Sanders, twice to Brewster, once to TOS, and three times to Peter) I don't count bouts against guys like Castillo as real competition.

Funny that you are a fan of Corrales who gets knocked down like he's a sideways rocking chair.

And you can't make the case for Wlad not having heart....because his heart is like Chico's. It's huge. Not on the same level as Corrales....but big enough.

Wlad has a big heart but his chin is gonna keep him from winning 3 fights in a row at any point from now through the end of his career

                      How is that?

Castillo beat the **** out of a rejuvinated Michael Moorer for almost every single round in their fight.

He was also a highly regarded Cuban prospect. He wasn't cut out to be a heavyweight.....but you have to call it like it is.

Wlad gave him a shot to make a name for himself.

                      Just like he did Peter.
