Failed PED test accusations from the brilliant mind that brought you the "IV Scandal"? Yeah. Good luck with that.
Sure, lay all of the blame @ Manny's feet as to why the fight took so long to happen. Also, give credibility to Floyd's claim of Manny's PED use, while dismissing like claims of Floyd's PED test failures & IV infraction. The truth is, neither fighter is likely squeaky clean, & each looks out for his own best interest in order to gain an advantage. It's called human nature.

All he had to do was agree to the same tests he agreed to in May, and we'd have had the fight in 2010. Instead, we got myriad excuses for not wanting to take them. That's the reason the fight didn't happen when it should have, so hell yeah I'll put the blame on him.

Lol again @ PED test failures & IV "infractions".

Pacquiao agreed to all of Mayweather's demands on June 30, 2010, including the drug testing. Arum gave Floyd a deadline of July 16 to agree, but he did not. Instead, Floyd's people denied that round of negotiations had even taken place. Ross Greenburg, former head of HBO sports confirmed that those negotiations did in fact take place. That kind of bs, and the flat $40 million offer with no PPV take for Pac, were Floyd's ways to delay the fight. Like I said before, you can't lay all of the blame on Pacquiao.

Feints, counters, infighting, low blows, showboating—and that's just what it took to get Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao into the same ring. An exclusive, behind-the-scenes look reveals the the six-years' war that went into negotiating boxing's richest bout.

Lol. Agreed to what exactly? Months after running away from negotiations? Greenburg also didn't confirm anything according to your article. You also conveniently gloss over the fact that Roach admitted they were at fault,. Floyd is also on record saying they never got to discuss the backend when it cam to the $40m fee. Nice try.

Whatever, chief. No sense in continuing to argue this moot stuff. They fought. It's over. Mayweather won. roll credits.

lest they forget the first time they forced floyd to fight pac, floyd run away and go to don king.

                    the lobster doe.

lest they also forget, les moonves forced floyd to fight pac. this time he can no longer run.

so they stacked all conceivable advantages for floyd in return for him agreeing to fight pac.
