Why has GGG's career been moved so slowly?

He has a good resume so i'm not sure what you mean by being moved slowed. In the past 3 years he has fought 8 top ten fighters that's above average in today's boxing landscape where fighters fight twice a year, one being a decent fight and the other being a outranked fighter.

Let's look at the facts, Danny Jacobs 8 year pro and only one top ten opponent on his resume.

Peter Quillin, 10 year pro, has fought three top ten opponents.

Deontay Wilder, 7 year pro, has fought one top ten opponents.

Bermane Stiverne, 10 year pro, only two top ten opponents.

Kell Brook, 11 year pro one top ten opponent.

But yet you make zero threads about them, I wonder why.

And not everyone is a HBO darling who talked their why onto TV(Broner) and some people actually have to fight their way to the top ten not just have it placed at their feet.

Also you keep talking age as if GGG didn't turn pro mid-20's.

Now will you do us all a favor and disappear. Retire with your idol for crying out loud. We true boxing fans will like to discuss among ourselves.

And lets face it, if GGG was American he would have been swooped up by Top Rank, given 20 fights, would have appeared on HBO by his 15th and forced into a title shot against Martinez before Cotto came and stole the belt.

Boy did I put my money on the wrong guy though.
Yeah I had seen Golovkin before the fight and was fully aware of what he was capable of, but for the obvious reasons I was rooting for Proksa.

I think the beating he took from GGG really broke him mentally.

As an American Gold Medalist Ward had it easier, don't fool youself. His career peaked before he had to deal with his promotional issues.

Golovkin's peaking now, after he's had his.
Funny you only chose to address one part of my statement. He still has promotional issues. They can't get him a big fight!

And no pavlik got fame from his fight with taylor. Ward was ggg's ticket

AND NO JUST STOP WITH THE 2 DIVISION ABOVE HIM CRAP. YOU KNOW AND I KNOW THAT ISNT TRUE
So Pavlik could fight a guy in his division but GGG has to move up. Why can't just fight Canelo in September, a way bigger star than Ward.

he can and i already said i hope he does fight canelo. But the man is 34 and waiting, again, for his fight. Ward was there but they passed him by. He could have went up to fight and then back down and be a superstar. Like he was planning with others

compare that to others and what they achieved in 10 years
C'mon bro. You spend enough time here to know GGG's story.

He spent several years with a promoter in Germany that didn't do anything for him besides shield their German fighters from him.

Then his manager took him to California and he hooked up with Abel Sanchez.

Then he signed with K2 (not exactly a powerhouse in the United States)

And he has had to deal with a huge amount of ducking.

And despite all of this, he has become a star....not a superstar yet (that is extremely rare in boxing) but definitely a star. He is doing better than 99.9999% of any other boxers you could name.

Edit: He is also the most talked about boxer in the world and is making millions. Who else that turned pro 9 years ago has had a better career?

From what I gather he had promotional issues when he was with Sauerland. By the time he finally got to headline on HBO in the states he was 30 years old.

Because he doesn't want to take challenges
Didn't want to fight Lara, Ward, Canelo at 155 or Froch at 172
Dirrel said he would fight gg at 168

His career is moving fast compared to benard hopkins, who didn't take off til he was 36.

Didn't Kelly Pavlik get loads of hype over in the states for doing that, I'm pretty sure he did but then he raised his game and started losing the only difference is GGG is fighting the guys in the top 10 of his division.

I don't think you realize how much you're praising a fighter If the only way you say he can lose is by fighting a guy two weight divisions above him.
He didn't get hyped until after he beat taylor. And that was because everyone expected him to lose
