So the range is 650 to 900, that really isn't a bad neighborhood to be in.

I mean it makes sense Canelo's PPVs were around 300k and so were Cottos

Would be funny if Ward came out and was Like it did bad numbers cause I wasn't on it.

              1. He could beat a great fighter or
              2. He can beat a big star

He isn't fighting Ward so option 1 is off the table. Option 2 is the best chance.

Canelo and ODH know this dude, so they are going to make him give up a lot in order to get the fight. GGG has no leverage other than belts that, lets be honest, only mean Canelo has to pay more in fees. Now who want to do that?
Your version of the truth is called your opinion. My version of the truth is called my opinion. The way to resolve whose opinion is correct, you need to either discredit mine or show proof of yours. Restating your opinion multiple times does neither.

Saying that 'Canelo outsold Golovkin' 7:1 is just laughable. There were 2 great fighters on the card and Cotto was the main event as highlighted by the fighting purse of 75-25.

Yes there were 2 big names on the card, both of whom are bigger stars than GGG. If you take issue with how I worded it, ok, I understand that. If you think cotto was the main player, so be it. If he was, the fight would've been in NYC.

The truth is Canelo is a bigger star than GGG. There is really no debate about it.

900k is Pac in his prime and Mayweather post Oscar numbers... I don't think Canelo has that appeal nor Cotto.

Oh for god's sake. Please, PLEASE, show me where I ever disputed that Canelo is more popular. My original post clearly said
Canelo is more popular, but he's NOT a huge payday.
To show just how much I agree with you, I'll go even further. I do not ever foresee Golovkin becoming more popular than Canelo. He's much older and is of the wrong nationality. His only chance of eclipsing Canelo is becoming a crossover star, and I don't see that happening.

My whole argument was that comparing Cotto/Canelo to GGG's PPV is a trash comparison, you might as well compare Floyd/Canelo to GGG/DL.

You think that Golovkin is in no position to reject 155. I disagree. If Canelo tells him "155, 80/20, and in a year", I fully expect Golovkin to tell Canelo to go screw himself. If Canelo says 158 this May and Golovkin rejects him, I'll be pretty pissed.
