Lara has weighed in at the MW limit more times than Canelo. FACT!!

Now that is a fight I would like to see, don't see GGG chasing any fights that aren't unification fights at the moment though. Lara will hopefully step up to 160 in 2016 and we may see that fight at some point.

Let me know when GGG is trying to unify 3/4 of all the SMW belts at a CW of 161.

At the very least he agreed to meet Ward in the middle. Canelo is 160 lineal champ, but wants to act as if he is the champ of 155.

And I think GGG beats ward, but that is a hard fight, Ward has significant size on GGG (something GGG does not have over Canelo).

And when GGG takes on Ward, it has to be a major event. GGG doesn't take on such a challenge while no one gives a damn about Ward--because he has not fought anyone at all lately.

Canelo could of avoided the entire thing by not becoming MW lineal Champ, but not going after the WBC belt.

And by not coming out after the Cotto fight and saying he is ready for GGG.



It is a fight to unify 3/4 of all the MW titles (meaningful ones). 155 is a joke.
