Ill be a bigger critic of the WBC's actions then you'll ever be, as your opinions are solely formed by your bias against Golovkin and anything related. I've long criticised their deplorable actions in the past, and will continue to do so where necessary. I'll also give them credit, if they deserve it.
I don't think Golovkin is that good, nowhere near the fight that Hopkins was, and don't recognise his title defences like that. Ward would outclass him. Itd be closer if they were both the same size, but Ward would still win decisively.
However, in this case, the WBC have broken no rules. They may have broken some rule about Canelo still fighting for the title, i'm not too sure. However, GGG being mandatory is a rule I keep quoting, and you ignoring.
Does Wlad want to unify? Probably. But i'm sure they can arrange a unification fight without having to enforce a mandatory. The option for K2 to do so remains there however
