Disgraceful coward move by Cotto. Canelo gets some respect points from me, he agreed to everything so Cotto has no excuses. Truth is, it was a disguised belt drop to avoid Gennady. Just pathetic and cowardly.

Pretty sure Cotto will save $1,100,000 and not worry about GGG fans....

Canelo won't fight GGG in a hurry either. My guess is Cotto retires after this-he has had a good career and is at the end of his career.

In watching videos of Cotto today he seems happy as fuc. He normal doesn't laugh out loud with people too much but today was different. Telling the WBC to fuc off and saving money made him a very happy camper. DLH tried to bring Cotto down with his idiotic comments but they had zero affect on the champ. Fuc you DLH, nice try.

Well when it comes down to it, good for Cotto. The WBC allowed him to parade as their MW champion w/o enforcing their mandatory way too long in hopes of extorting him in this mega fight. Not many fighters would be allowed a year and a half w/o fighting their mandatory (Rubio was prior to Martinez/Cotto).
