Seriously why isn't Lara/G monster happening??

Yeah, put simply Lara is a PBC fighter, Golovkin is an HBO fighter.I hate it when posters who have been posting for centuries always make it sound as if fights with contending promoters and networks are that easy to make. Lara has the same network and promoter/manager as Quillin, whose excuse of not being able to fight Golovkin, has been because they're on different planets. What makes you think this is any different?Comment

lara isnt the best doe lol
dude is B level (herandez, anuglo,Vanes,Molina) and on his best night B+ (trout, smith, even canelo but his best is not better than canelos best)
now add that on top of him being a weight class below GGG (so no one has a shred of belief Lara can even win because he will be the smaller man, and size matter in boxing why you think alot of people dont like the lower weights), and coupled that with he has a very boring style that even die hards say he can step it up a bit, = no one is calling for the fight.
People who want that fight are people who want to throw anything at GGG to see if he can be beat and when he beats them they call them nobodies.
If Lara moves to 160 and gets a W or 2 then we can talk more realistically, but for now its just a "for show" gimmick being played in my eyes.Comment

Someone needs to pay them and Lara's been fighting for around/at least a million lately. Don't know where the money comes from but HBO probably doesn't want Lara around Golovkin if they have to pay GGG 1.5mil+ and Lara 1mil.
The fight should happen if Lara goes to 160 he's easily (one of) the best at 154Comment

We could accept politics as an answer if Loeffler hadn't said he approached Sanchez about it and Abel shot it down. K2 needs to call their bluff. In the meantime Golovkin's likely looking at Tureano Johnson which is an absolute **** fight.Comment
