Because fans aren't interested in the best fighting the best. All they can say from what i've seen is "Oh Lara is boring doe"

      Would HBO pay for it?

I know both guys minimums are high.

It probably couldn't be ppv so someone would have to eat the cost of it.

Oh he's running, running his mouth that is. After he's done fighting on Wednesday against...well whoever he's fighting,if he's actually serious about fighting golovkin, let him have a fight at 160. After that fight, ggg-Lara can happen, because if Lara goes straight from 154 to 160,and ggg gives him a beating, there's going to be 50 threads about how golovkin took advantage of a smaller fighter, who was unaccustomed to 160.

If lara goes up and looks good then it should happen. As of right now, 97k vs lara is a fight no one is calling for

That;s a big problem. People seem to think money grows on trees around here.

I hate it when posters who have been posting for centuries always make it sound as if fights with contending promoters and networks are that easy to make. Lara has the same network and promoter/manager as Quillin, whose excuse of not being able to fight Golovkin, has been because they're on different planets. What makes you think this is any different?
