Caribe would probably want $70 of that. And then also expect someone else to promote the card for them.

Don't know what sort of contract Rigo has with Caribe but he's literally fked because of it and won't consider moving up.
Arums handling of Rigo was fkn awful. He completely threw him under a bus.

He publicly criticized Rigo to the networks, to his own people, and to the fans.

          And we all know why.

Yes Bob, poor Rigondeaux, if only he had YOU looking out for him.

I remember the Rigo-Agebko fight very clearly, it was actually Agbeko's fault the fight was boring. He didn't want to take any chances, not Rigo. Rigondeaux threw nearly 900 punches in that fight. Agbeko threw 349 and was the one scared to death to engage after getting caught early. He didn't want anymore and he went into survival mode.

Oh man, Rigo threw like 700 of those flicky non-existent jabs, he was really trying you guys!

In terms of power punches Rigo did about as much as Agbeko.

Edit: Lol, Rigondeaux landed 144 punches in the entire fight, the genius threw nearly 900 punches and landed 144, not even 100 more than Agbeko.

You're correct, but he was active. He was trying to lure Agbeko but he was not having any of it. Rigo caught him good in the beginning rounds and Agbeko just got scared after. Iirc it was an uppercut that went right through the guard. Rigo had no choice but to chase and jab the guy, and Agbeko was avoiding any confrontation with him after that head snapping uppercut. Either way you slice it, 800+ punches is a lot. That sounds like a fighter who was trying to make the other guy throw, not a counterpuncher. When was the last time you saw a counterpuncher throw 850 punches, regardless of how many jabs. You don't see Mayweather, Marquez, Hopkins, Wlad, Ward throw any where near 800 punches. That was Rigo trying to answer to HBO and Arum but his dance partner wasn't having any of it.

There were no 800 punches, that bullsht jab that Rigo uses to bait you is not a punch.

Cause Agbeko was avoiding him. He was covering up like Clottey did with Pacquiao. Look how many punches Pac landed on Clottey. 246 of 1231, and half of them were jabs. Who's fault was that, it was Clottey who laid an egg. Agbeko did the same thing, he didn't want ot engage with Rigo.
