When you're fighting in a tournament, then it makes sense to take as little risk as possible and just get the win, because you might have to fight in a few days.
However the pros don't work like that. You have to put up on a show, take risks, and be more offensive.

Also when is Rigo going to get rid of Carribe already?
obviously you and arum missed the amgasa fight...obviously

But I don't buy Arum's b.s. either. He badmouthed Rigo terribly in the press after the Donaire fight, I've never seen a promoter try to ruin his own fighter's reputation like that.
im questionable on arum too...now iwould believe him if he sad caribe wanted promised air time win lose or draw..that sounds reasonable...but this cuba jab to me seens just like that...a jab at rigo

Don't know what sort of contract Rigo has with Caribe but he's literally fked because of it and won't consider moving up.
arum badmouthing his own fighter was good in wat way? saying he had no interest in resigning him was good in wat way?

caribe seems to suck but they do have him a fight lined up so maybe we're seeing a different path and them taking someone's direction

i mean i'll be the first to admit that this caribe dude seems like a white collar miami drug dealer turned boxing promoters...his look reminds me of a knockoff version of a rick ross song that tries to sell you the life of a drug kingpin with very slow orchestra type music...
on his twitters he's showin off his wife's ****..or maybe she's an escort that he keeps who knows..its miami..he's hold bottles and rigo's career up...but i dont believe the cuba line...rigo knows he cant fight in cuba now.thats an easy jab for arum

those who are saying arum had no blame get real. of course he had blame but its quiet clear he was more mad at his managers not rigo. also its pretty dam obvious that since mayweather pac happened arum has finally got out of his bs character and mellowed hes always been a strait talker but he always had a mayweather pac agenda i dont know just seems like hes mellowed to me

LOL! Arum saying he is one of the few guys who likes Rigo? Are you the same Bob Arum that SHAT on him after he beat Donaire, and called him unmarketable, and claimed Donaire really won, and then dropped Rigondeaux?

Yes Bob, poor Rigondeaux, if only he had YOU looking out for him.

Could have written one sentence and not played politics or wasted anyone's time with this article...

Rigo was scared to move up 4 pounds..

This is not Rigo's fault. His manager threw out too high of a figure, not Rigo. He manager is a cancerous tumor in his life.
