Wlad Best recent wins: Haye (nothing really achieved at heavy), Povetkin (solid win, terrible reffing), Pulev (crap), Tony Thompson (fat, old, never any good).

Rigondeaux Best Wins: Donaire (obviously a very good win), Cordoba (solid contender, long time ago), Agbeko (decent contender well past his best). Inactive/poor opp since 2013.

Bradley Best Wins: Pacquiao (lol. No one thought he won this fight), JM Marquez (good win over an old featherweight), Alexander (good win. Long time ago, Alexander achieved very little since), eeer Provodnikov? (nearly lost, Provodnikov not very good), Abregu? (fringe contender), Witter? (old, never that good)

Manny: Obviously best record of any active fighter. Hasnt looked great in years though. Best Recent Wins: Bradley (Bradley injured), Algieri (ok, I guess), Rios (yeah).

See how easy it is to crap on fighters resume?

There is no clear no,1 P4P today, Gonzalez is as good a pick as any. He's in his prime, brilliantly skilled, has wins over former, current and future world champions, no.1 in 3 divisions. You also cant ignore the way he beats his opponents. Outside of Estrada he has barely even been troubled despite the competition level being high.

The way you guys pick apart RG's resume and put guys like Kovalev and Bradley above him shows obvious bias IMO.
    LMAO

I love when people defend roman, but don't name any fights or major wins..

What is roman's best win in the past 3 almost 4 years???????

When has kovolev, ward, rigo, manny, wlad fought guys that were 38-29, and
    11-4.....

And everything you say about roman as positives,, the other guys do it better..
"look at how roman beats opponents" lmao have you ever seen how kovolev and ggg beat opponents,, its massacres over legit guys...

50 year old hopkins and pascal are guys that don't get beatdown, even in losses and kovolev beat them down... Roman has never beaten anyone down as good..

You can knock ward, yet roman hasn't fought a real opponent in the same amount of time... Ward gets crucified for his last fight, but roman gets passes on fighting nobodies..
and then fools claim he is the undisputed #1 fighter in the world

Tim bradley has a better resume...... FACT

Name romans best wins and compare to bradley's and its a no brainer...

I have been saying for the past year, that ggg and roman both look the part, and have earned p4p rankings but both need to step up in big fights to leapfrog into top #1 position

        lmao...

yeagashi isn't good.... its like saying broner or pauli or berto were a reigning champ..

sosa and viloria--- old washed up guys.. viloria hadn't had a real win in 4 years
danny garcia beat- morales, judah, pauli... what does it matter if its way past their best days

Rodgruez jr- is basically rico ramos type win...

Estrada is a very good win obviously

        last few years:::
canelo- trout, floyd, lara, angulo, kirkland, cotto

bradley- manny twice, marquez, ruslan, rios, vargas, chavez

floyd-ghost, canelo, maidana twice, manny, berto

and none fought guys that had 29 losses, or 11-4, 12-5, etc

why didn't you mention any of those crap fights,,,,, but your the one that belittles quillen, floyd, ggg, etc if they take a soft touch..

        lmao double standard much

you fanboys crack me up.... How the **** anyone can declare roman better than every fighter in the world..

Believe it or not since 2014 Gonzalez won a world title in his third weight and defended his title against two top ten Flyweights (who were former world champions) -- that's less than two years! and thats not counting everything else he has accomplished before that -- 10 years active no vacation ; lineal champion. 2016 I will see you haters.

He has beaten estrada... thats the only legit champ he beat, outside of the japanese fighter he beat for his first title years ago at 105, i can't recall the guys name...

other than that,, the "champs" he has faced are the equivalent of floyd fighting welter "champs" berto, ghost, baldomir, ortiz,.... good wins but not great wins

Im not trying to discredit roman,,, he is p4p,,,, my only complaint is people declaring him the best fighter in the world #1, when clearly that has not been proven

Tim Bradley has a decent resume but the guy is maxed out and imo on the slide. His 140 resume is very good, at Welter he has looked worse and worse over the years and currently has no argument to be in the top 5, let alone top 3 or no.1 P4P.

Kovalev is doing great, but his opponents are not as good as you seem to think. Hopkins had 'never been beat down', true. But he was also fighting complete bums for years before Kovalev got hold of him. Murat, Shumenov and Cloud are absolutely terrible. Before that he lost and had a NC with a clearly past prime Chad Dawson. Credit where its due, Hopkins was a good win, but why can I not say the same for RG's win over Viloria? He had been fighting bums for the same length of time as Hopkins had (winning by KOmostly), and had only lost an SD to Estrada since 2010. That isnt even RG's best win and its comparable to Kovalev's best.

RG's win over Estrada is better than anything Kovalev has done, and he has more depth too with wins over current (Yaegashi (lineal), Niida), former (Viloria, Sosa, Hirales) and future (Estrada, Takayama, Rodriguez Jr) champions, and a few solid contenders (Fuentes, Rosas etc).

How the hell is Bradley considered p4p with his fraudulent wins? apparently skills is not on this guys criteria -- Timeh nearly dies in every fight.
