    Godson

    let your soul burn slow.
    Golovkin is WBA and IBF MW champ.
    He is mandatory for the WBC MIDDLEWEIGHT belt.
    The winner of Cotto/Canelo(WBC MIDDLEWEIGHT champ) has 15 days after the fight to decide if they are going to honor their mandatory obligation or dump the title and duck GGG.
    Sergey Kovalev is fighting Jean Pascal in January at 175lbs.
    Andre Ward is fighting another tune up vs a SMW above the SMW limit this month. Ward and Kovalev haven't signed anything to fight each other.
    After Kovalev fights Pascal in January he will fight another LHW and Ward will fight another tune up vs a SMW above the SMW limit sometime 1st half next year(if he stays healthy and doesn't sue anyone)

      I bet you Fraud would need to clinch and cheat his way to a win over Adonis!
      Adonis is the big dog at 175lbs, Ward is the B-side this fight has to happen in Canada the superman doesn't need to agree any terms to this diva antic bish, likely would ask for 6 tune-ups before its finalized.

            So someday Ward will fight Kovalev. I will believe that when and if it happens.

              You've got to be a real clown to hate on what Ward has set out to do. Signing a three fight deal with Kovalev as the finisher? Yeah that's ****ing terrible.

                Lol, if I ever used "points" or even knew what they were good for (I'm assuming I can't actually buy real things with them) I might do that. My words are worth more to me than internet points so if you want to hold something against me, you can quote this; barring injury, Andre Ward beats Sergey Kovalev via decision. I'll even tell you how it happens. Ward disrupts Kovalev's ability to keep the opponent at range. Tags Kovalev while in and on the way out of active clinches. Creates angles that rob Kovalev of his ability to lay on power (ties into first one). Kovalev's output drops in later rounds due to being frustrated and unable to figure out Andre's rhythm.

                  Half step back, jab, right hand.
                  That's how Kovalev will take your "p4p#1" apart.

                    It's ridiculous that HBO is spending millions of dollars to give this guy to "look good" fights just get him to fight Kolalev. I understand what he did at 168, but that was 5 years ago. 5 years is an eternity in boxing and Ward should have been pressured to have at least 1 competitive fight within 3 fights from coming back.

                      Completely agree except for one thing that I've noticed about Ward. He tends to tire in the championship rounds. I've seen it several times, even as he was outclassing Froch. Kovalev carries his power late. He'll be dangerous from the opening bell and even if he's frustrated in rounds 9, 10, etc., he seems mentally tough enough to ramp up the attack rather than fold up the tent. It'll be an exciting finish either way.
