Like I said, the man is a control freak. Look at the contracts he gives out. The way he tries to tell opponents what to do, where to look. The intimidation tactics of sending his big brother to watch hands being wrapped and whatnot.

I can't believe people actually believe he got injured on the flight home after the press conference.

I think it's safe to say, the Fury's would not be intimidated by Vitali.

Have you seen the size of Tyson's old man? He looks like a silver-back in a suit!

Or he pulled out because he was actually hurt? Yea, seems more likely to me, as women are known for being in moods frequently, as you said.

        Yea, there's a difference.

He was okay with fighting with the original opponent but when that changed, all of the sudden, his family became more important.

I'm not saying he shouldn't pull out of the fight for immediate family but that was his uncle and he had known about it for long before he pulled out.
No, Fury's uncle was in hospital for a routine op. On the evening of the weigh in for Fury/Ustinov, he suffered a blood clot and was put on a life support machine.

And you need to realise, Fury signed a contract to fight Dereck Chisora on that bill, and no-one else.

Ustinov only came into the frame because Team Fury picked him themselves from a list of several possible stand in opponents after Chisora pulled out. Tony Thompson was one, I don't remember the others.

So Fury had no obligation to fight Ustinov in the first place. He didn't need to cook up any excuse at all for not doing it.

I'm sure he would. I'm also sure that if he did, after 12/18 months training, he would be the best MMA fighter in the world at his weight, as would almost any elite level pro boxer.

I think that if Wladimer would have fought a rematch with Sanders directly after, there is a pretty good chance Sanders would have won.

Sanders was a bad matchup for him, and that was pre-Steward Wladimer.

Sanders was a brutal knockout artist.
That's true and basically what I was saying. Basically, what I meant was that the fighter post probably Sam Peter I Wladimir is a lot more difficult to hit than the prior version and most likely would have knocked Sanders out badly.

Intimidated or not, Vitali would beat the brakes off of the lot of them.

He was a world champ kick boxer as well.

If Vitali tried that, he would be headed for the hospital very quickly, probably minus eyes and ears.

Gypsies don't fuck around in a fight.

Something tells me that if Fury ends up getting KO'd by Klitschko, he'll retire from the sport.

No it was a day before the fight, just a short while after the fight had even been announced. His uncle, the brother of Peter Fury and Tyson's former trainer himself, was admitted to intensive and on his deathbed.

Yet, Wlad's missus' diva problems is a proper excuse?

                    GTFO with that crap.

Yeah he also got flattened by a British journeyman kickboxer.

So much of his brother in him.
