Skill wise, Murray isn't anywhere near Lara's level.

Lara's "loss" to Canelo is better than any of Murray's wins. If Golovkin goes in and destroys Lara then that's a direct comparison to Canelo and it builds interest in that fight.

Golovkin's people don't want to risk him against a "boring" (aka awkward) style in case GGG looks bad or worse, loses.

They prefer flatfooted punching bags like Murray. Bigger n stronger doe!
Of course bigger and stronger makes you better. You are talking about Lara fighting at 160, remember.

And if you want to play silly games, Murray's "losses" to Martinez and Sturm are better than any of Lara's wins.

Pac has displayed more technical ability (footwork, speed, defense, etc) against great fighters in numerous weight classes than Golovkin has against all the C and D-level fighters at 160. Imagine Golovkin going against bigger guys the way Pac did. You think he'd put on that same kind of amazing spectacle? We'll never know because he is not even willing to try.
Technically he is better....pac was a handful because of his speed and angles and being a southpaw.... Better jab, defense, cutting off the ring, power in both hands, body puncher.... But whatever.....like I'm worried about what you think lol.

Maybe he would fight GGG for $100k, just for a shot at the titles, like Willie Munroe did. But I doubt it.

Being robbed against Paul Williams, beating Austin Trout, and losing to Canelo, do not compare in any way to what Geale and Lemieux achieved at MW.
Yes, you completely made a scenario in which Lara demands too much money. The negotiations have never happened and you have no clue that Lara would ask more than they're willing to pay. That was a sad attempt.

Also, the facts remain that Lemieux and Geale aren't on Lara's level. Trout (who Lara dismantled) already worked over Cotto and many felt he beat Canelo. Looks like GGG is chasing Austin Trout's leftovers. Humor aside, Lara's resume is more meaningful than anything Lemieux or Geale have done. Why are you guys so damn scared of that little Cuban? I thought your warrior god takes on everyone at 160 now. Lara is willingto go to 160.. He can run from competition but he can't run from the truth.

No they aren't. Martinez was ageing and coming off knee surgery, got injured in the fight too. Sturm is well past it and I thought he beat Murray anyway.

            Sig worthy.

Lara would not be a realistic opponent for GGG for a number of reasons. One is that he would expect to be paid too much. He gets $1million from Uncle Al for fighting nobodies.

Fair to say he would want more than that for GGG?

Probably as much as the $1.5million Lemieux earned for putting his IBF belt on the line?

And what would Lara bring to justify paying him anything like that much?

And have you not noticed how Lara, or rather, his manager, only start putting out these twitter challenges to Golovkin when they have a fight coming up?

Use your brain and stop being so fucking biased.

                  • Sergio looked really tiny against Murray.
GGG looked the same size has Murray.
Cotto looked really small against Sergio...

They're getting desperate. Soon they'll be integrating the butterfly effect into GGG scenarios to proclaim his fate.
