I wouldnt mind seeing GGG take on Lara but will you give him full credit at the end when he either KO's lara or wins a UD because Lara chose to run for 12 rounds rather than fight? Angulo gave Lara all he could handle.
You've been one of Floyd's most vocal critics for not challenging himself yet you give GGG a pass for 20-1 type of fights.

      No issue with Lee.

And for those laughing at Lee or calling him weak if they fight, just like Lara, Lee would instantly become the best fighter GGG has faced. Thats the resume GGG has.

      Im all for it

Golovkin could knock this joker out in the first minute of Round 1 if he wanted.

The point is we all want to see GGG fight. The difference is you just want to see him win, I want to see if he can win.
And who would that be? Last I read, every single one of his opponents is an underdog, and that includes Cotto and Canelo. Ward fight is not happening for a myriad of reasons, let's not turn it into another lame GGG/Ward thread.

So who do you propose that GGG faces in order to "prove" himself?

Are you implying that for GGG to be challenged he must step up to face a LHW? Damn you must think highly of him!

Respect to Andy that he's willing to face GGG, but....

              Oh Andy, just don't!

I do think highly of him. But you are still hypocritical.

GGG doesn't get a pass because his network is protecting him. Ward can still make 168 and doesn't have a fight signed. GGG should step in and force HBO to make that fight. That's what you always asked other fighters to do-challenge themselves.

If he beats Lara, why would I not give him full credit?

You keep dancing around the issue-GGG has a weak resume and needs a signature win over a top tier fighter. Cotto and Canelo, 2 guys at MW are likely not going to fight him. As such, GGG has a choice to make.

                  Lee @ 160, heiland or Johnson @ 160 or Ward @ 168?

its his choice. We know what the truly great fighters would do. Lets see what GGG does.

If Ward is a LHW and GGG is a MW, isn't 168 the appropriate CW for a potential Ward/GGG fight?

everybody duckin doe. lara, lee, ward and andrade..there you go, four good names to put on that resume. as far as canelo and cotto they are just being A SIDE shot callers, not cowards. floyd did it to canelo, pacquiao did it to cotto, oscar did it to floyd and hopkins, ward did it to dawson, golovkin TRIED to do it to ward..this is the nature of the business, the A SIDE gets his way, has nothing to do with being scared. this isn't nothing new, go read the sugar ray robinson book and watch his documentary, that guy was more diva than anybody ive seen, he would get his way everytime too. but people dont read so they figured this sht didn't happen back then. golovkin wants cotto or nelo, make a SACRIFICE, those guys are BLESSING him with the opportunity, he wont see money like that elsewhere. "He doesn't care about money" his fanboys say, but he keeps taking that step aside check though.

Andre Ward @ 168. If Ward is a LHW as you and Deevel916 keep posting, then 168 is the middle of LHW and MW. right?
