Time to do a double-header with Gonzalez and Estrada in separate fights against top fighters and then set up the rematch.

Good win for Roman Gonzalez, and I was pulling for Viloria. Can't disagree with the #1 p4p claim, he's good. Now bring on Juan Francisco Estrada rematch.

People saying it was a bad stoppage, well, Viloria was taking hits and is 34 years old and he was likely losing in the scorecard anyway. Don't think he'd knock Gonzalez out.

Gonzalez haters be like, "Why can't he go up in weight and fight Rigo doe?"

I went through Roman's resume and looked through every opponent. This was the only pulse hes fought since Estrada. He wasn't that impressive, hes a transitional "#1 P4P" till GGG gets it. He did good, as expected, key word, he was EXPECTED to. Estrada beat Viloria in better fashion. I truly believe Estrada beats Gonzalez in a rematch. The HBO commentators were hilarious, they would give Roman props for taking punches and discredit or not even mention the work Brian was doing. It was painfully obvious and cringeworthy to watch HBO at work. Roman is a great talent, but he struggled tonight, and hes not what people think he is. He's the Wlad of the lower weight classes.

We're going to have to compare our definitions of the word "struggle," because I think yours might be a little off if you saw Gonzalez go through one :/

Gonzalez is a treat to watch, technical brilliance.

If this guy doesn't impress you, no one will. He is the best fighter out there! Be fair. I have not seen that kind of balance, and skill since Finito lopez, or Chavez Sr. Viloria is a very good fighter, and will beat most fighters in this weight class. There is no fighter as good as this guy right now.

Long term health vs short term glory. A bit early on the stoppage but Brian was being broken down. No shame, no shoulder injury, no tight socks.

                  In defeat honor.
                  No shame there.

                    The skill level is unreal.

He's good but doesn't exactly look like pfp number 1 material. Need to see more of him
