You guys who are worried about Lemieux..... you are definitely not the same guys who said that Golovkin could beat Ward, right?

A couple things, if Lemieux is to win it is likely to be by big knockout. So, seeing Golovkin laid out by a huge punch is more damaging than just getting outboxed, which could somehow be played off as something to do with holding, or bending below the waist or just not standing still so Golovkin can find his range and pummel a dude.
I think a bit higher of Lemieux than most, but tons of dudes though N'Dam was going to give him a boxing lesson. He managed to win that fight on the strength of his knockdown but the scores of that fight did imply he was getting outboxed. Which I didn't really agree with but that case could be made, so that certainly leaves some question marks with his boxing and Golovkin is a more sound boxer than N'Dam.
It will also be pretty funny at least to me.

GGG is there to be hit. and I have a feeling he isnt as good as people think. that being said I think he'll still beat lemiuex.
with a win ggg should move up to 168. 160 isnt a strong division at all. with someone like lemiuex as a legit top 5 for the weight

Time will tell with GGG but I think his style will suit him well in his late 30s without taking too much of a dip.

IF you get out boxed, that is an entirely different story as it means that you can lose to any decent fighter with a good defense who can keep from being taken out.
A proven great fighter managing to deal with something like that and getting back to his former spot really is kind of an exception not the rule.
If Golovkin gets knocked out I am not going to see you here for two weeks, which I don't really blame you because it would kind of suck. If he just lost a decision I am sure you would be around talking about how unfair something was about the fight.

However with Ward all he has is size and height over GGG, I'd say boxing skills, power and overall better ring generalship belong to Golovkin, that and with Ward we know he wouldn't be able to KO GGG now switch over to Lemieux who is a monster puncher he could arguably KO anyone in the MW division the people fear that possibility of one punch with Ward the worst fear is he gets away with clinching for 12 rounds and maybe throwing in a few headbutts or what not.
