and it was not WADA testing that Floyd wants but USADA random drug test that does not conduct random drug testing.

Vada was about a while before Pacquiao did any advanced testing, in fact Marquez requested VADA testing for the 4th fight which was turned down by Pacquiao. It wasn't just Mayweather and USADA they turned down they wanted no extra testing at all.
