you're not being a wolf...you're being a sheep if you THINK Lil' G is gonna get the winner of Cotto-Nelo....I don't care who ordered what, neither Cotto or Nelo needs a belt to solidify their positions in the sport....IF either decides to throw Lil' G a bone, he'll be fetching it at 155-156....and again, that's IF they feel like throwing him a bone

Ward was busy trying to get his legal issues fixed when Lil' G and his team was talking big ****....now that those issues are resolved, Lil' G and his team is using Ward's time off as an excuse to avoid fighting him....Ward needs to build his name, Ward needs to move up...blah blah blah....Ward whoops Lil' G's ass and you KNOW it.....don't ever try to sell bs to people who know the prices bro

You sill avoiding the fact that you would bring up him being willing to fight mayweather at weight that isn't his best, that he hadn't fought in in 2 years, And that he had only fought in 3 times in a 6 year span as if it was to be respected.

Yet you'll ignore him being willing to go up to the exact same weight he says he's too small for now, against and undisciplined cave fighter or an old man whose looking at retirement.

      • The reality is Ward fights on BET and no one knows who he is. The guy he's talking sht about has a PPV fight coming up at Madison Square Garden.

What we know is right now Ward, a LHW, would have 15-20 pounds on GGG, which he'd use to hold/hug/clinch all night.

And if GGG did beat him, he'd do it for little money, and provide Canelo and other MW's the excuse they so desperately want to duck GGG.

Not a smart move by GGG, not when he has big money fights in his grasp.

Those who want the Ward fight only do so because they know the heavier Canelo, Cotto, or Lee, or even Floyd, I'm too small but I can best him, Mayweather.

Who do you all think you are fooling.

GGG and team are smarter than that.

Ward is a big fighter in term of size, and his clinching style does create risk, with little reward and a whole lot of excuses.

I wanna see both but GGG/Ward first. Its the logical fight to make first.

Yea, it's logical GGG takes a no money fight against a LHW, who hasn't fought anyone in years. The same Ward who made Dawson come down to 168, but thinks he is too good to come down 4 pounds.

And for what, so the MW and MW pretenders can use it as an excuse to duck GGG.

GGG is a small MW, WArd fought as a LHW in the Olympics, but like Canelo came out fighting smaller fighters.

Ward needs to get some hype built up, GGG doesn't need to save him from his crappy choices.

That's because hoes love talk. Ward hasn't done jack in years, and even before than was a boring clincher/runner.

Ward talks talks talks, but he isn't even P4P anymore.

Yet for some reason that unknown guy is making more money per fight and has accomplished more in the sport.

              • GGG is about to headline an HBO PPV, doing good ratings, and is selling tickets in NYC, LA, and anywhere he fights. Ward just fought a guy we've never heard of on BET in Oakland again. Why would they accept a 50/50 split? And why would Ward be chasing fighters in weight classes lower than his?

                • Was waiting on article to be posted since I saw interview few days ago to see the excuses little g aka #48 ex fans come up with... No matter how yall spin it he gave team lil g the terms they wanted before they had unification fight lined up and turned it down in five mins. I hope ward releases emails

The WBC has stated multiple times that GGG will face the winner of Cotto-Canelo, or fight for the vacant belt. Either way, GGG ends up with the WBA, WBC and IBF. As for fighting at 155/156, whoever ends up facing GGG can try to negotiate that, but if GGG refuses it goes to purse bid at the full weight. You can try and ignore that all you like, but that's the state of play.
