Gotcha so I'm only allowed to speak about guys I enjoy watching..

And just because I'm not a "fan" doesn't mean i don't recognize how great of a fighter he is. Ive been watching boxing over 25 years now and he's one of if not the best fighter I've ever seen.. That good enough for ya?

Because he's physically shot and broke his hands for the 95th time. He doesn't commit to his punches anymore and even slaps with them at times because his hands are so deteriorated. He disposed of fighters of Berto quality in his prime but went 12 with him.

And now you want him to face GGG?

I thought Floyd looked slow in the Ortiz fight

I only mentioned GGG because that would be a huge $$ fight a year from now. I can't see any other fight besides the pac rematch being as lucrative..

            Really? I didn't.

I thought his right hand was like a laser, lead right, slip under the left.

Very sharp check left hooks off the ropes.

Right hand was a weapon in the fight.

10 punch combo to start the 4th, uppercuts, left hooks and right hands.

I disagree I thought he looked sharp. Cotto I thought he looked sloppy and that's the last fight he's ever really thrown combinations in.

I agree.. I thought he looked AMAZING vs Canelo as well. He actually walked the big fella down and beat the shi* out of that kid..

Its undeniable that many great fights didn't happen because Floyd had people waiting around for the lottery ticket. Which they wouldnt get if Floyd announced an opponent after they scheduled a fight.

I didn't think he looked great against Canelo myself.

Great performance but he looked sloppy to me at times. He dominated the fight but I could see slippage in him. Against both Canelo and Guererro, even though he dominated.

That's why I expected a guy with Maidana's style to trouble him.

But he looked A LOT better against Canelo than he did against Berto. Like I said, Berto is probably the worst I've seen him look ever.

why? if he wants to retire i dont blame him fighters shouldnt have to fight until their bodies and brains start to break down. also if u were him floyd would of never had balls to be a boxer lol

Why not keep going until you finally lose or your body completely breaks down on you?

At least $64 million a year for 2 fights he could probably go for 2-3 more years the way he fights and earn another $200 million minimum.

Throw in another Pac fight or a GGG super fight and you're looking at $400-500 million bucks..

I'd keep it going until I couldn't physically honestly or until I finally look mortal and lose.. Neither one of those seem to be the case with him at this point.
besides what good is money if u have parkinsins or something like that i mean give the guy a break he honestly has nothing left to prove. people just need to get over that they will never see floyd lose in a boxing match
