Boxing didn't prosper back then Boxing was getting beaten by Ultimate Fighting back then.

It's not about comparing it to another sport. Its about the quality of the fights we as fans were getting back then.

Sure Floyd can rake in huge money and do big #'s, but does it benefit us fans? No. It benefits the fighter/s, promoters and networks.

His performance against Berto was very poor IMO.

I was far from impressed and Berto is a guy he should be completely destroying.

Barely any offense in the fight at all he's clearly close to shot now. All he has is a good Defense and a jab that's it.
