Oscar by a wide margin. Beat Chavez, Whitaker, Trinidad, Quartey, Mosley, and Saline IV.

Saline IV, needed to pay off the NSAC, judges, refs, make ridiculous demands, weight drain opponents, avoided the best in his era when they were in their primes, fought guys coming off losses or when they were past their primes, take the least risks possible in a fight and use PEDs to get that fake record.

There isn't one win that's even close to Oscar wins over Whitaker and Chavez Sr
      On Floyd's resume

Floyd is greater than oscar. They are part of the same era. Most consider Floyd the greatest fighter of this era. Oscar isn't even top 5. Move on.

I love how people use the "past their prime" argument when its for Floyd wins but almost never use it for other fighters wins . Whitaker and Chavez were both past their prime when Oscar got to them.

              DLHs best wins:

              Chavez
              Whitaker
              Quartey
              Carr
              Sturm
              Vargas

              Floyds best wins:

              Pacquiao
              Cotto
              Hatton
              DLH
              Castillo
              Corrales

Not a huge lot in the resumes, DLH has Whitaker and Chavez ... Floyd has Pacquiao, DLH and Cotto I guess.

But Floyd ranks higher P4P based on a slight edge in achievements. But I wouldn't argue if someone ranked DLH higher.

Except Oscar arguably lost to Quartey and Sturm and u could also keep going with floyd's resume: Canelo, Mosely, Hernandez etc.

                    Floyd, without much discussion

Mayweather: 26-0 in world title fights

De La Hoya: 25-5 (help on the count would be appreciated) in world title fights, with Oscar coming up short in every big fight, sans the Vargas fight.

                    People overstate Oscar's boxing accomplishments

Yeah he fought Trinidad, B-Hop, Mosley in his Prime but you cannot leave out the fact that he LOST all of them (looking back he was Robbed vs Trinidad though to be fair). Just Saying!
De La Hoya got the s**t end of the stick in close fights against Trinidad and Mosley. Wtf are you talking about "flat out lost", .

Hopkins is naturally 30 pounds bigger than De La Hoya and Pacquiao beat the s**t out of a shot De La Hoya.

Do you though my brother, black power!
