It does matter when even Hauser has reported that Pacquiao and Mayweather agreed contractually for USADA to be the agency to issue medical TUEs. The issue is a territorial dispute between USADA and NSAC. NSAC already decided not to go after Floyd regarding this months ago.Does it even matter? Why would he need an IV in the first place? He said he was walks around 150lbs - i.e. he is small WW. The weight limit is 147lbs. Do the math and think if IV is needed.
BTW, Pac also applied for TUE the day before the fight. Request was denied.Comment

It was only urine testing. From experience, Floyd knows that the last 10 or so days there is no blood testing.
Remember that Floyd and his fans have been always saying that urine testing is not good enough.Comment

no he was tested after the IV. according to the hauser article, floyd already finished the IV transfusion when the USADA testers showed up and that's how they caught him (i think they spotted some equipment). if floyd planned to inform usada then why didn't he do it much much earlier so he can get the tue before doing the iv like ur supposed to according to wada code??? it doesn't make sense to just let usada know and then do the iv transfusion without getting a tue first.
the statement by USADA has some false info and is pure damage control.Comment

You dont get it? He never notified them! Usada came to his home, and saw the iv equipment. Floyd was using an iv behind their back and never applied for an exemption from nsac, those are the rules. Its why pac was denied his pain meds, the only difference here is pacquiaos team notified and asked usada first before getting pain shots, while floyd never asked usada if it was okay they just did it at his home, what makes it shadier is usada saw this illegal activity and cover up by granting him a tue, when they have no jurisdiction. The duty of usada is to inform nsac about illegal activity and they covered it up. Read nsacs reply on who and how ivs are allowed, floyd broke all rules and even used a higher than aloted amount, lance armstrong used the same tactic, and he passed multiple tests and boasted about being the best clean athlete while accussing others of cheating and being jealous of him.It does matter when even Hauser has reported that Pacquiao and Mayweather agreed contractually for USADA to be the agency to issue medical TUEs.
