Yeah it seems that way, its weird how he just abruptly announced his retirement. He probably won't feel confident enough without whatever he was doing with that IV.
Only way to get at Floyd is to make the fight a NO Contest, a suspension wont hurt him since he is retiring but for going underneath the commission skin using an illegal IV, they should do whats right and rule it a NC.

NSAC ruled that one MMA fighters win a NC when he tested positive for Weed. I wonder what Floyds lawyer is going to tell the NSAC when they have their hearing as to why Floyd snuck an IV in his home without requesting one first from USADA or NSAC.

When there is a will, there is a way. Too much money to be made, even if it is not as much as the first fight, it is still plenty of money. No matter how much you have, you want more.

Pac and his team were su****ious of memo and rightly so and they wanted testing and soon as Marquez said he would do testing just as long as pac did it too. No more testing talk from pac team.

Literally there is no proof that pac used peds but any rational person would see how pac behavior in instances listed above warrants su****ion but that pales in comparison with everything Thomas Hauser wrote in his article about Floyd.
