Floyd is the face and thats why this is huge but if Canelo wins then he takes over.
Oh no this is huge but you see Mayo tweet tells another story. And in the thread line he says that if USADA had told floyd to do at hospital then all would be 100% compliant.
No, the rules dont say, it has to be done at the hospital, it says it has to be done at the hospital as part of emergency treatment, surgery, or inpatient care.

No thats not what i meant. According to the report it says that when floyd called the USADA over that they should have said ok but in hospital/med facitily not home and if they did then it would have been 100% compliant.
USADA, brings down numerous athletes,, Lance Armstrong(beloved American athlete), etc....yet Floyd somehow is the only one with the power to own USADA....lmao.
Big difference, one was a target that they could wave infront of congress to justify more funding.
Not if he was tested before he was given the IV as Iole reported way back in May. And if you believe he's been taking IV's the whole way, why did he call in this one as Mayo is reporting & not all these other alleged IV's people are masturbating over speculation about right now?
Lance Armstrong was tested 30 times in less than a month, during a competition, while doping actively, for many years and never tested positive.
So Floyd calling to have them test him when he is ready proves he wasn't doing anything?
Peoples obliviousness to how doping programs work is hillarious. Especially their understanding of how ineffective testing is.
In accordance with the WADA Prohibited List (Category M2 Chemical and Physical Manipulation), all IV infusions and/or injections of more than 50mL (~3.4 tablespoons) per 6-hour period are prohibited, except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital admissions, surgical procedures or clinical investigations. IV infusions and/or injections of more than 50mL per 6-hour period are prohibited at all times, both in- and out-of-competitionunless the athlete has applied for and been granted a The****utic Use Exemption (TUE) under the applicable anti-doping rules.
Tygart on MMA Hour: So, the IVs are allowed under certain circumstances under the WADA prohibited list. You know, if you're in the hospital, clinic, having surgery. If you need it outside of those, you have to apply for a TUE. It's not, as you just indicated, not prohibited in most, or any that we're aware of, licensing commissions.
