This is a non-story. Thomas Hauser made some things up and twisted some of the facts. The haters can and will believe whatever they want. It won't change the fact that Mayweather did not violate any rules and beat Pac's ass and he didn't use any PEDs to do it.Comment

Just trying to get up to speed here.....
So, Mayweather did nothing illegal whatsoever ?
No illegal substance was involved, and the IV was requested/approved according to the correct protocol, twice in fact, and both prior to the fight?Comment

Bob Bennett, NSAC:
When it comes to TUE, we are the sole agency that approves the administering of TUEs. USADA, nor any other anti-doping agency that does drug testing, doesn't have the authority to adminster a TUE.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal is Nevada's most trusted source for local news, Las Vegas sports, business news, gaming news, entertainment news and more.
He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] cant authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada, Bennett said. USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered.
