Remimnds me how Roach discovered Oscar's IV marks right at the weigh in. Seems to me Pac's opponents do everything to get the upper hand.

Lmao yeah man, that's the way to do it. Then the NSAC can't do **** about it and everyone will defend your victory.

Umm, actually..... I just dug a bit further, and it looks like the request was official, but the exemption was not.

That doesn't let Mayweather off the hook and hang USADA either.

I agree with you that this is a typically ignorant fcukstorm, much ado about nothing..... but there are still a few unanswered questions.

I dont believe any steroid abuse took place here, but.....

Why did Mayweather require an IV ?

Why did USADA approve it ?

HOW could USADA approve it when they had no authority ?

What, they printed up their own exemption forms ?

How many other illegal exemptions have they given ?

We'll see what comes of this and Floyd has always been su****ious going back to the TRT interview. The thing is though, Floyd did everything right on his end. What we're left with is USADA likely overstepping their authority. I don't see how they are going to discipline Floyd for USADA's failure.

Lets not forget, it was only one fight.... Mayweather did not spend years refusing random blood tests. Its still not right, and I gotta wonder about USADA, but highly unlikely to be steroid abuse.

Manny and Floyd were both clean because they passed the tests.

Seriously, you cant take steroids 5 mins before a fight and reap any benefit. It takes a course of cycles, over an extended period of time, which more than covers the testing period.

                You guys all know that

Manny and Floyd were both clean.

FIomo hang-cliffing to suck of Floyd lol...

USADA is protecting itself so it has to protect Froyd in the process...

                    There are FIomos like this...

Floyd IV too much liquid = cheating the test..timing and action was clear..he was nervous fighting Pacquiao...
