This is getting iffy, because USADA themselves have just stated they only notified the NSAC and Pacquiao after they got the TUE which I thought came 18 days after.
It changes nothing anyway.Comment

And the NSAC said they werent notified till 20 days out and here it says 3 days. So was Bennett left out the loop by his own people? Hauser jumped on it and turned out to be wrong. USADA said they told them but NSAC now says 3 days
To many conflicting reports now.Comment

Being notified of the IV, and being notified of the TUE, are two different things, I suppose.Comment

USADA said nothing about those 18 days, they didn't specify a date actually in the article, but from what I understood the permission was given before the IV got administered, that's according to the USADA article.
According to the NSAC article however on latimes, NSAC didnt know anything about this until later, but what's weird is till now they haven't addressed the situation, why would NSAC wait till someone else writes an article about the issue to say that USADA were wrong? this hurts their reputation a lot too, considering the fact that Yahoo sports already published a story about it in May already, and till now the NSAC said absolutely nothing about it and they gave Floyd permission to fight Berto without any problems.
It's just a crazy situation, both NSAC and USADA HAVE to hold a press meeting as soon as possible to clarify wtf exactly happened! It's either that both NSAC and USADA are corrupt as hell, or the article by latimes is not accurate, A PRESS MEETING HAS TO BE MADE ASAP!Comment

Well isn't that what they want? Aside from Hauser's hard on for anything Haymon-related. But ushering in the cheaper VADA makes sense. All the orgs are compromised, might as well pay less for them.Comment
