Anyway Cotto needs to fight GGG
What was your scorecard for Cotto/Clottey since that fight was easy to score based on your opinion

I still give the credit to Cotto for fighting Marinez, if Martinez was crippled, it is Cotto who exposed it.
Mayweather wouldn't dare to fight that version of Martinez, or any 154 boxer, I personally thought there was a huge difference in power in favor of Martinez, and it was just a tuneup fight for Martinez-GGG farewell showdown. I was shocked.

Cotto win was huge against the lineal MD champion who has been K.O bigger guys for years. I believe he lost to Murray, still a huge win.

Clottey gave that fight away by doing NOTHING in the 12th round

Trinidad was special for his (special) wrapping and intentional low blows, I feel sad for Vargas everytime I watch that fight, he was winning, he was the better side.

The OP for this thread has too much time on his hands. There's so many things overlooked and funny about the OP that nobody should waste there time debating against his biased opinion. He will simply ignore valid and robust rebuttals against his argument but respond to the weak ones to continue his biased case. Look, at the end of the day Cotto will be in the HOF whether you hate or like him, deal with it.

Cotto won that fight. Clottey didn't let his hands go when it mattered and the knockdown.

If we're giving credit to Cotto for beating Martínez, I think we should remember the GOAT Macho Camacho and give him his dues for being the only one to knock out Sugar Ray Leonard then.

Furthermore, you claim that the perception that Cotto fights everyone is false yet you don't name anyone that he ducked. Rather you just pick apart his resume which can be done to basically any fighter.

My guess is that you lost money on Martinez when Cotto clowned him and you're still bitter about it
winning a belt doesnt mean **** if you're fighting a bum for it

i thought NSB was getting smarter, man was I f'ing wrong

I thought it was obvious I was being sarcastic.... I may be a Rican, but I admit that Cotto hasn't beaten anyone worthy in a few years. He's good, but beating journeymen and shot to hell boxers don't make you the best Puertorican boxer ever.
