All of these excuses do not belong to Golovkin, these excuses belong to his fanboys...... Golovkins excuse is the catchweight..... even Golovkin himself is not using some of the lame excuses that his girlfriends are coming out with.

Last time I checked Cotto is the Lineal and WBC Middleweight champion and Canelo hasnt fought at the 154 limit since Floyd.

I can't really criticise Cotto for not fighting Golovkin. He has been a soldier in the sport and I'd hate to see him get beaten to a blood pulp on the way out. What annoys me is the posturing: he should just relinquish the Middleweight belt, admit that Golovkin would son him and move back down to the Jr Middleweight division.

Yes that too . That was the smoking gun , but since he's always saying that their was never any real contract , I decided to address and stay germane to his talking points .

They didn't refuse to negotiate on the weight. There were no negotiations, period. Or if there was, they were never reported.

Loeffler was in the middle of negotiating with Lemieux when this all blew up. No way was he going to drop that and start talking about moving up for Ward instead, and Ward's team knew it.

Imo, this was just a publicity stunt by Ward. He was thinking about fighting on the Cotto/Canelo undercard and wanted to remind everybody that he was still alive.

If GGG ever does fight Ward it will be at 168, if Andre can still make it. He hasn't fought at SMW for 2.5 years, remember, and his last fight was at 172.

All I know is he is fighting a unification fight next, I think that is a reasonable thing to do. GGG vs Ward will likely go down eventually, but for now stop crying and enjoy the fireworks coming our way.

I seriously believe that **** is being payed to troll GGG threads.

Why else would somebody who doesn't know anything about boxing spend so much time at a boxing forum, posting over and over about a boxer he doesn't even like?

Loeffler is right.

GGG is the only fighter I know that gets criticized by his haters for wanting to fight the lineal champion in his weight class. I don't know If I've ever seen another fighter criticized for something like that. Instead they want him to move up in weight and fight a guy in a higher weight class. The Lineal champion, whoever it ends up being, should get criticized for avoiding him.

The reasons why the GGG haters don't want him to face Cotto is because they know GGG has a very good shot of winning that fight. Cotto is one of the top 3 biggest names in boxing, he's a huge attraction and If GGG does win that fight, then the hype machine behind him will only get bigger, he'll get even more coverage and exposure than he gets now and that will absolutely Infuriate them. They want GGG hype to end immediately, they want him to fight the toughest opponent possible opponent who is not even in his weight class.

The funny thing is Cotto is being praised by these haters for avoiding GGG. Like "Yea good job Cotto, **** GGG, what ever you do don't fight him and make him more popular than he is"
