Pretty sure you can if the guy you want to fight agrees to all your stipulations and then you back out.

Its only so long these guys can pretend before their card gets pulled. Anyone with two eyes could see Rigo was one elite opponent from getting KOd himself. Dude is like porcelain.

Can I ask where did you get that impression? About his chin that is? I haven't seen him hurt ever and when nonito rocked him he got back up like nothing. His legs have never wobbled......id just like to know where everybody's gotten the impression that he gets hurt or has a terrible chin. Juan Manuel has gotten knocked down and he's far from being to sidered to have a terrible chin. What makes you say this? I'd like to know

Loma said the response from Rigo's side was that they weren't ready to organise the fight. So yeah, the problem could be the promoter.
