Vasily Lomachenko: Rigondeaux refused to fight me

Lomachenko: "When we started to talk with them about details, they put forward different conditions, - said Vasily. - They told us amount of money, that they want, and we agreed. They wanted rehydration limit 62.5 kg (137.79 lbs). I agreed. But yesterday they told us that they are not ready to organize the fight, and at the moment they do not want to fight. "

In this video Vasily answers the question asked by many people "Why he is calling out the smaller guy" and Lomachenko answers:

Before I called Rigondeaux out he was making pictures in social media with text "Lets do it" and his promotional company contacted Top Rank in order to organize this fight...". (The rest is in the text above)

Top Rank doesn't want anyone in their stable fighting Rigo. Top Rank tried to make it possible that Rigo never fight again. They mistreated him. He finally got out from under their clutches.

I would love for this fight to happen, but Arum won't allow it.

Can't believe a dry, non-smiling boring boxer with seven fans and with basically zero options is dictating all these terms. He's not even getting younger.

I've heard Arum speak on it and I've seen him shoot down fights before (e.g.Pac-Garcia) but he genuinely seems to want this one.

It's not just caribe at fault alot of the blame is on Gary hyde. Caribe has other fighters that fight regularly

Five years from now, Rigondeaux will be broke, homeless and living on the streets of Miami.
